Nessi & Partners was incorporated in 2015 with the scope of providing specialized consulting services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development, including equity and debt financing topics. Founding Partner Andrea Nessi has worked for over 10 years as a consultant in Zurich, Shanghai and Lugano, focusing on a Swiss, Italian and international clientele.
Through its work, N&P leverages its existing network, which mostly relates to financial and industrial investors, financial partners and specialized advisors at Swiss, European but also international level. N&P is also founding partner of Maveria Advisory, an established international M&A Advisory firm with offices in Europe, USA and Asia.

Andrea Nessi studied law at the universities of Zurich and Hong Kong. His career began at a major Swiss bank, after which he acted as Management Consultant for an international consultancy in China for a few years. Since 2014 he started focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Development projects as a Senior Advisor for a renowned Zurich-based firm. Prior to working for N&P, Andrea initiated and managed the M&A and corporate finance division of one of the largest Swiss private fiduciaries. Andrea brings into N&P a wealth of experience in corporate transactions, succession planning and corporate development with strong focus on small to medium size companies. Andrea is passionate about flight, especially loves flying single piston engine planes in the Swiss alps.
